Supported Employment Placements are part or
full-time positions and belong to the member, rather than the Clubhouse.
Although support typically is given off site, there is decreased training cost to the employer
because Liberty Centre Staff will do on-site job coaching to ensure the quality
and productivity of the job. Our staff assist with start up training and
will maintain contact with the employer and employee for the length of the job. The
supported employment program is designed to benefit the participating employer
as well as the member re-entering t |
