Production Unit
The Production Unit is where the food is made and all of the tasks relating to the meal are completed. For example, there is a sheet where names are checked off in order to know who ate so we can bill for them. It is because of CACFP (Child Adult Care Food Program) that most members can receive free meals, which is wonderful. The Unit is also responsible for our snack bar, where snacks can be purchased for a low cost. Not only is there a snack bar, but there are also short orders, which can be purchased at meal time. There are various items to be purchased in the snack bar as well as when short orders are served. |
