Park Place Residential Rehabilitation Group Home

As Liberty Centre served individuals in the Clubhouse, it became apparent there were individuals trying to live independently without success. Many did not possess the living skills necessary to be successful for the long term, thus the idea of Park Place was born. In November of 1998. Park Place Group Home opened with its first residents. Park Place provides 24-hour staffing and is operated in a manner which residents take an active role in their rehabilitation. As in all Liberty Centre programs, services are individualized to meet the needs of each person. While living at Park Place, residents establish the skills needed to live successfully in the community.
