Park Place
Park Place is a home that is designed to assist persons who are disabled with a severe and persistent mental illness to establish the skills needed to live in the community. Park Place is a 24-hour staffed home where residents receive room and board, medication management and independent living skills education. Park Place is operated in a manner in which residents take an active role in their own rehabilitation and services are individualized. It is our belief that all individuals can live successfully in the community with the proper support. |
