Housing
Willow Park I and II Apartments and Chestnut Park Apartments consist of 36 independent living units. Members and staff of the Clubhouse planned and designed these apartments which are maintained by the tenants and an onsite manager.
The apartments provide members with an opportunity to live independently while still allowing them to access support from friends and staff at the Clubhouse. The financial aspect of the apartments is handled through the Clubhouse by members and staff.
Park Place was developed in response to a need for housing for individuals who are transitioning from a higher level of care, such as a hospital or adult foster care.
Chestnut Park
Chestnut Park Apartments consists of ten individual living units, laundry facilities and a large community room. Members and staff of the Clubhouse planned and designed the apartments. Tenants and an on-site manager maintain the buildings and grounds. The Apartments provide members an opportunity to live independently, while still being able to access support from friends at the Clubhouse.
