Independent Living Willow Park I and II Apartments and Chestnut Park Apartments consist of 36 independent living units. Members and staff of the Clubhouse planned and designed the apartments. Tenants and an on-site manager maintain the buildings and grounds. The apartments provide members an opportunity to live independently, while still being able to access support from friends at the Clubhouse. The financial aspect of the apartments is managed through the Clubhouse by members and staff. Park Place was developed in response to serve the needs of individuals transitioning from a higher level of care, such as a hospital or adult foster care.
