Crisis Prevention Program

While many individuals' needs are met through the Clubhouse, there are people for whom attendance at the Clubhouse is not feasible. Yet they still need support services while living in the community. The Crisis Prevention Program is available to meet these persons' needs.

This program offers a comprehensive team approach to ensure that adequate support and services are available to them so they can achieve their goals and aspirations. Support is offered 24 hours a day so that individuals have the opportunity to live an enriching life outside hospital walls.

The Crisis Prevention Program also has nursing services available to individuals who can benefit from medication assistance and education as well as general health and nutritional assistance. The nurses working with the individual coordinates services with other providers to ensure a holistic approach to health and well-being.
